The Flag indicator for saturated objects is orange, what can I do?

You can identify the nature of the saturated objects using Crystal Reader. First click on the flag of the chamber concerned, in order to visualize the image of the droplet crystal. Then check the “Display Saturation Map” checkbox : saturated objects will be colored in orange. Beware: saturated objects will be highlighted only in the channel selected (Blue, Green or Red). You may need to change the channel to discover where the saturated objects have been identified. To solve the problem: If the saturated objects are dust particles : clean the chip with the Swiffer tissue and re-scan. If the signal is from saturated droplets (signal>65536 RFU), rescan by halving the exposure time for the detection channel(s) concerned.
