Some droplets in the crystal overlap and are not recognized by the software. How do I solve this issue?

You may place the chips back in the Geode without removing any caps. Then start the “unstacking.js” program. You may now scan your chips again. If this program proved unsufficient, you may play the program again until you get a satisfactory result.
