A higher throughput digital PCR consumable that enables the generation of up to 20000 droplets/sample and up to 16 samples/chip. The new generation chip and associated software provide a complete Crystal Digital PCR™ solution allowing desired throughput flexibility for any digital PCR application.

Introducing 6-color digital PCR
Prism offers up to 6 color target detection along with a wide range of fluorophore compatibility (FAM, ROX, Cy®5, YY® Atto 550, Cy®5.5, etc.). The high multiplexing capacity enables simultaneous absolute target quantification rendering maximum data output from precious samples. Simply place the Sapphire/Opal chips in the Prism and run the scan. The Prism scans and images the chips and renders images from each well with positive and droplets in the detection channels.
The user-friendly Crystal Miner software automatically measures the concentrations of targeted nucleic acids.

Crystal Digital PCR™ is Stilla’s next-generation technology for absolute quantification of nucleic acids. Using cutting-edge microfluidic innovations, this technology integrates the Digital PCR process in a single consumable.
The sample is first flowed through a network of microchannels and partitioned into a large array of individual droplets, also called a droplet crystal. PCR is then performed on-chip and the crystal is imaged to reveal the droplets that contain amplified targets. The last step consists in counting the number of these positive droplets to precisely extract the absolute quantity of nucleic acids.
With Crystal Digital PCR™, the combination of powerful image analysis and intuitive visual inspection is designed to offer an unmatched level of confidence in the digital PCR measurement, yielding reliable data.
