Make sure you are using the PCR or RT PCR recommended mix, and check that the chips are not past their expiry date.

Always use 25uL of input volume for your Crystal Digital PCR experiment. When you load the chips, make sure you do not carry any air bubbles in the pipet tip. Make sure that the sample was loaded into the chip inlets. Check that the Naica Geode is connected to the pressure source and that the pressure profiles are similar to the ones described in the Naica System user manual.
