Can I add cycles once the partitioning-thermocycling program is done ?

Yes. First, you will need to disconnect the blue outlet caps and replace them with the tall white PCR caps. Then you can place the chips back into the Geode and select the “Template_StopStart_PCR.js” script, which you may edit according to your experimental needs. Run the program thus modified to add more cycles to your PCR.
