Job description

Main missions :

1. Personnel Administration :

  • Prepare hiring elements, manage mutual affiliations and pension plans
  • Participate in the management and monitoring of employment contracts: drafting of endorsements, contracts, etc.
  • Ensure the follow-up of medical visits and sick leave
  • Manage paid leave, RTT and other absences
  • Prepare payroll items
  • Perform administrative tasks such as writing letters or certificates, developing and/or updating organizational charts, etc.
  • Participate in the preparation and production of mandatory declarations and annual reports, updating HR dashboards

2. HR development:

  • Follow-up of training evaluations
  • Participate in the integration process and the proper monitoring of trial periods
  • Publication and Dissemination of job offers
  • Follow-up and management of applications in the recruitment process
  • Participate in the integration process and the proper monitoring of trial periods

Required profile

  • Bac+3 Administration Specialty, ideally Payroll and Administration specialty
  • Experience in a social accounting firm is a plus
  • Professional English
